A South Carolina couple downsize from a 1200-square-foot home to a tiny house outside of Greenville. They want to simplify their lives so they can spend more time traveling and have a budget of $40,000 to make it happen. She wants something mobile with a bright, nautical style, but he's hoping their new home can be a dark cabin-style home with a permanent place on their family's land.
