Unwanted Consequences A Thriller

Ex-intelligence agent Susan's quiet life with her family ends abruptly one night when hostiles invade her home and kill her husband. Someone is seeking information from Susan's past, and they'll do anything to get it. She and twelve-year-old Jacob flee the family's farm. Three years of living in the shadows brings them to where Susan's life began-Denver. Meanwhile, Susan's seventeen-year-old son, Cody, arrives home to find his house on fire, his father dead, and his mother and brother missing. Following instructions embedded in a family rhyme, Cody seeks to reunite with his remaining family by embarking on a dangerous journey that offers more questions than answers. He ultimately arrives in Denver. Navigating a world where nothing is as it seems requires skill and faith. Skill to avoid death. Faith that the family will ultimately reunite. Susan has both. Does Cody?
