Killer Hunt - A Whisper Island Mystery Novel - Book 4

The hunt has begun-and this time, they're the prey. When Zaylie Layne joins a rescue mission in the Colorado mountains to find a missing man, she expects a straightforward recovery-not a chilling web of deception that puts her in the path of a serial killer known only as The Hunter. As fear grips the camp and one of their own vanishes, Zaylie and ex-Navy SEAL Ryker Steele race through treacherous terrain to uncover the truth-unaware that the real danger is much closer than they think. With every step, buried secrets surface, and the line between friend and foe begins to blur. Hundreds of miles away, Leslie Bardot digs into her father's mysterious death and uncovers secrets someone will kill to keep buried. When she realizes she's being watched, Leslie faces a terrible choice: walk away before it's too late-or confront the darkness that's been hunting her all along. Two women. Two investigations. One deadly truth. As danger closes in and loyalties are tested, trust becomes the most dangerous risk of all.
