Heart of Radiance: A LitRPG Progression Fantasy (Aetherforged, 3)

"The Demonslayer's heir comes face-to-face with his ancestor's unfinished work in the explosive conclusion of this epic LitRPG fantasy trilogy. New Albion has fallen, and with the capital occupied by the Geshwine Empire, the Valestra Kingdom is on the brink of collapse. Callum Stross and his friends Quinn and Marcella have fled into the Frostcrown Mountains to hunt for the one thing that might turn the war: a long-lost relic from Callum's ancestor the Demonslayer that's been sealed away in a tomb for five hundred years. But what they find is a legacy left incomplete. Now, in order to finish the work, Callum must pact with a third aetherbeast, survive ancient trials, and confront a truth the Demonslayer never could. Meanwhile, Queen Selene has rallied what remains of the Valestran forces, the warlocks of the Empire are preparing a ritual that'll tear open the Demonsrealm itself, and an old enemy has returned wearing a familiar smile. Victory will require nothing short of everything Callum has built-every pact, every ally, every shard of the man he's become. But the cost of sealing the breach may be greater than any of them could've imagined . . "--
